• you must be 18 or older.
• you must not be resident in, or accessing from, a restricted jurisdiction [list maintained in the geo-block configuration].
• entry requires a fomo account at least 14 days old with at least 10 recorded trades, proven by a signature from the wallet that account lists. one fomout account per proven wallet.
• you are responsible for complying with the laws that apply to you.

positions inside a match are simulated. no securities, tokenized stocks, crypto or derivatives are bought, sold or offered through fomout, and prices are used as reference data only. mirror shows trades that were already executed and published elsewhere; it is never a signal, a recommendation or a way to trade a real market.
